Before you call or write to us, please make sure that your question isn’t answered below!
Are there still apartments available? / I want an estimate!
Nothing easier than that. On our website click on the button „Availability/booking”, enter your wishes and click on “Submit request”. The system shows you immediately if there are still available apartments and the price for the entire package for the desired period. If there is no result, it’s possible that everything is booked already or there are gaps in the occupancy list which have to be optimized manually. In this case please send an e-mail with your wishes to mail@anstatthotel.ch.
Can I visit an apartment or the apartment complex before booking?
Yes, please contact the booking office by phone. We can also send you additional information such as plans, more photos etc.!
I want to book online!
Obviously, we are very pleased about this. If the length of stay and the number of persons are correct, click on the “Book” button and fill in all the details. With a direct booking you get the best possible price.
As an accommodation company we are obliged to fill in a hotel registration form for your stay. This will be sent to you by the booking office for completion.
I would like to book by mail or phone.
You are still welcome. However, we would be very happy if you could send us your booking request including personal details by e-mail. This way you can reach us 24 hours a day and there will be no misunderstandings.
We are a group and need several apartments!
This is also easy to do. Up to max. 5 apartments can be requested and booked at the same time. If you need more than 5 apartments, please inform us by e-mail at mail@anstatthotel.ch
How do I get the reservation confirmation/ invoice?
For online bookings you will immediately receive the confirmation with the invoice. The invoice amount will then be debited from your account. As soon as this has been done, the booking is final and you will receive the key code to your apartment by e-mail in good time.
When booking by e-mail, our staff will send you the reservation confirmation / invoice with the request for payment. As soon as the payment has been credited to our account, the booking is final and you will receive the key code by e-mail in good time.
How can I pay?
Since we do not normally have a reception in our apartment buildings, we are dependent on the fact that the rent is paid in advance, as with normal rental agreements. This can be done by bank transfer or credit card. Once the payment has been received by the bank, you will be given the key code.
Can I pay in installments?
This is only possible for long-term stays. These can be arranged in advance, for example quarterly or monthly.
I would like to make a provisional reservation!
This is only possible to a limited extent or is not possible. Only as long as they last!
I want to cancel the booking!
Too bad, we immediately try to rent out the time that has now become available. You are liable until the re-renting according to the resignation/cancellation rules (in the GTC’s). Experience has shown that the apartments can be quickly re-rented thanks to our unbeatable prices.
I want to extend my stay!
Obviously, we’re delighted. Please report this to the booking office as soon as possible. We will then see to it that you can stay in the same apartment if possible. If this is not possible, you will get the next available apartment.
I want to leave earlier!
Please contact the booking office as soon as possible. We will then try to rent your vacant apartment as soon as possible. You are liable until the re-renting according to the resignation/cancellation rules (in the GTC’s). Experience has shown that the apartments can be quickly re-rented thanks to our unbeatable prices.
We’re three or four people?
For short-term stays we have additional beds which we can provide.

Are there cribs (for children up to 2 years old)?
Yes, please inquire! Older children sleep in a normal bed and count as adults in the calculation.
How do I get into the apartment?
The code you are given will take you to the apartment.
Alternatively, a chip card can be printed out and deposited in advance.
I’m leaving
Please leave the apartment well-swept. Have a safe journey home!
Who can help me in case of problems?
As we don’t have a reception in the house, you can reach our competent staff at any time by calling +41 41 755 00 03. We will then try to help you resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Pricing/ VAT
Due to ideal conditions such as optimal low-maintenance equipment, low administrative costs etc., we achieve a very good occupancy rate which allows us to offer our apartments at unbeatable prices. In our price calculation everything is included: Fully furnished apartment incl. coffee machine, electricity, water, heating, waste disposal, TV and Internet use, laundry and cleaning service and the legal value added tax.
Public transport
In the immediate vicinity of the Anstatthotel there are public bus stations or the railway station which can always be reached by foot.
Parking
In the nearer or further surroundings there are always parking possibilities (partly with a charge). Some apartment houses have their own underground car parks or outside parking spaces. Direct access to the hotel from your own underground car park is available, for example, in Hochdorf, Lucerne and Horw.
I want to check in earlier, or check out later
This is only possible to a limited extent. Please contact the booking office. Usually the apartments are occupied and become available at short notice and must be cleaned. (Normal check-in from 16:00 h; check-out until 10:00 h)
Cleaning service/ laundry change
All apartments are cleaned and equipped with new linen on arrival. There are weekly intermediate cleanings. Our apartments are equipped with linen (Nordic), bathroom and kitchen towels. The mattresses are medium firm. Laundry change is weekly. More frequent changes and cleaning are possible after arrangement against settlement (For 1-bed occupancy CHF 55.- each time/ for 2-bed occupancy CHF 70.- each time)

The Anstatthotels belong to the Joe Hegglin Group of Companies, which has been involved in the construction, rental and sale of real estate since 1976, both in the owner-occupied home sector and in the investment sector.

The difference between Anstatthotel apartments (BA) and normal hotels?
Your advantage with us: You get much more for much less money!
With us you are completely private, autonomous and can check in and check out whenever you want. You live in your own entirely furnished apartment with all the bells and whistles. As our guest we provide you with linen, bathroom and kitchen towels which are usually changed weekly. With us you do not get a cleaning daily, but every 7 days a small cleaning service (laundry change, cleaning of bathroom and floors). Since our guests usually book on a long-term basis, we do not need a reception desk. However, a contact person can be reached at all times by phone. As every apartment has a kitchenette there is no breakfast room or dining room. Food and refreshments can easily be consumed in the existing restaurants or bought in the shops in the vicinity. In our Anstatthotels there are snack vending machines where you can buy necessities. You can wash and dry your private laundry in our washing machines/ dryers. There is an ironing board and an iron etc. for shared use.
Business apartments are a real alternative to hotel stays! Therefore also the name „Anstatthotel“.
